Rental Policy

PLEASE READ THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Making Reservation

​To confirm a reservation, we require the following information :

  • Name 

  • Tel No

  • Address 

  • Rental items 

  • Event location 

  • Event date

Your order will not be considered “reserved” until a security deposit and signed contract are received.

Rental Duration

  • The standard rental period is 3 days, including the day of self-collection and self-return. 

  • Collections and Returns are to be scheduled within our operating hours. 

  • All rental items will be collected and returned at NO 1, JALAN BISTARI 10, TAMAN INDUSTRI JAYA. 81300 SKUDAI. JOHOR

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is payable in cash/online banking before the collection of the rented items. This deposit will be returned within 3 - 5 working days, once all equipment is accounted for and in good condition.

Damage/Loss of items 

  • Missing or damaged rented items are chargeable at full retail value. This charge will be deducted from the security deposit. 

  • Please ensure that all rental items are returned in their original boxes/packaging. Missing or damaged boxes/packaging will incur a one-time charge of RM10.

  • Stained fabric will incur a cleaning fee of RM30 per piece of fabric. This applies to table cloth, backdrop cloths, table runners, overlays and cloth napkins.

Availability of Items

  • If the item that you have rented is not available, we seek your understanding to accept the following solution(s) 

  • Replace the unavailable item with another item of similar value in our inventory, OR 

  • Receive a 100% refund for the said unavailable item.

Change of Event Date

  • Where there is a change of event date, Fnb Rental Solution will make every effort to transfer all product rentals and services to the new date. Any expenses arising from the date change, including but not limited to non-refundable fees, will be the sole responsibility of the client. 

  • For last-minute changes, please take note that Fnb Rental Solution will not be responsible for any impact on product availability and/or event quality

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be informed to Fnb Rental Solution.

  • There will be no refund for custom-made items or prints once you have submitted the order. 

  • Cancellation made more than 7 days before collection/event date: - The Remaining paid amount after deducting the RM50 admin fee.

  • Cancellation made 4-6 days before collection/event date: - The remaining paid amount after deducting the RM100 admin fee

  • Cancellation made 1-3 days before the collection/event date: 50% Refund

  • No notice of cancellation given or no show on the collection/event date: No refund

  • No Refund is given to the customer once items have left our premises.

Liability Clause

The client assumes all responsibility and liability caused by any injury or damages caused to any person and property sustained from any item leased to them from Fnb Rental Solution. The client further agrees to indemnify Fnb Rental Solution in any legal action arising out of any injury or damage allegedly caused by any item leased by Fnb Rental Solution, including but not limited to the cost of any attorney's fees and court costs associated with any litigation in defence of any said litigation.

 

The client shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, or improvements to the equipment and shall use it only for the purpose and in the manner for which it was intended by Fnb Rental Solution. The client may not permit the equipment to be used by another party or at a different location without the express written consent of Fnb Rental Solution either by call or WhatsApp before the payment.

By making payment and providing the information needed to process the order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms and conditions contained in the Rental Information above.
